Our Children’s Memorial Walkway is trying to complete its final phase of development. This is a chance to be a part of our Uptown beautification, as we complete the garden donated to us by Charlotte Mecklenburg’s Parks and Recreation Department. We are trying to raise the final funds required to complete The Children’s Memorial Walkway so that it may serve our community and its families for many generations to come. While the journey has been great, raising over $75,000 with support from those in our community such as Mayor Pat McCrory, Parks Helms, Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, and Senator Fountain Odom, it is not yet complete.
